I'm planning on coming down to see my Monarchs take on the Owls in Boca Raton the Sat. after Thanksgiving. Which would be the best way to secure three tickets, and what do single game tickets usually cost. Thanks.

Considering the bad attendance we have and that it is on Thanksgiving weekend... just walk to the gate and buy them....

I think all the schools in Florida south of Orlando have terrible post-Thanksgiving attendance.

You shouldnt have any problem getting tickets at the box office. If you want though shoot me a PM and I'll be more then happy to put you in contact with my ticket rep at FAU who can go over options.

Also it may behoove you to wait till it gets closer as well, often they will run "specials" as they get closer to game day. Sometimes they send season ticket holders email about special pricing to "bring a friend". But they dont do that till closer to the game.

Why wouldn't you want to go through ODU?

Better seats is one that comes to my mind and may be better price.

My son is like you...

always wanting the best seats. I use to let him get his way and we sit between the 40s at all road games (yes even Bama). After one season (6 road games) I told him no way in hell will I do that again. I will get tickets in the Western section even if they are the worse seats in the stadium.

Win or lose it makes for a bad game experience sitting with the home team fans. If you are losing you get to listen to jackasses saying stupid crap and all the cheering. If you are winning you get to listen to some ******* saying stupid crap and if you are like me hold your cheering to a minimal because you are sitting with fans who's team is losing....

either way not a good game experience.

Sit in the corners with fans from your school who also made the trip and celebrate every run, every pass, every tackle, and hopefully a win without some ******* saying sit down or worse

You are right and i had that happen to me couple of times. I only had that happen to em because one of close buddies went to the school and he got me the ticket and yeah it limited my enjoyment to a certain degree because i couldn't cheer louder for the fear of hearing slants. Although its a good view and and have my friends next to me it comes at a cost of not being able to be loud.
