I am a WVU fan and I am not feeling good about this one based on what I have experienced for about a year and a half now with Mountaineer FB. I am in wait and see mode this year.

We're pretty much in agreement except for the Aggies.

With no Johnnie that team has nothing. They have a shot against Arkansas but other than that I even see MSU beating them.

From what I understand about Penn State, they are having some serious offensive line issues. Reports are saying that any one combination of the 5 haven't played together for more than a few days all off season practice. Injuries seem to be a leading factor; depth is bad, and the talent that they are digging into is waning.

Pair this with UCF's new-found strength in their D-Line and their loaded back seven... this could be a low scoring contest. If UCF can find themselves on offense, Penn State may not have a chance.

All of these predictions are at least plausible. I think Ole Miss is going to be a major force this year. We shall see.

USU's Chuckie Keeton is a very dynamic player, and if he ever finished a season USU's W-L would reflect that they're a pretty decent team. I'd give USU with a healhy Keeton as good a chance as Boise of pulling off a win in week 1.

WVU by 10 over Bama. They have no QB. If we can stop the run then we have a chance.

I think Alabama runs the ball well and easily overpowers a woefully overmatched WVU. There isn't a single position on the field where they have an advantage.

Plus, Dana is a liability by himself.
