This looks to be fake, as NationalReport.Net is the only one reporting it. Their article also doesn't mention the bill number or name.

No way do I want Newfoundland as part of the US. Maine leftists are bad enough.

Nothing could have been signed this week. The Senate skipped town nearly 3 weeks ago. The President would have had to sign any laws at least 10 days ago or they would automatically pocket veto'ed.

OK OK, in my defense it was late, I had a few drinks and I really wasn't thinking all that clearly OBVIOUSLY. The most obvious thing should have been as UofMstateU pointed out: Nothing could have been signed this week. The Senate skipped town nearly 3 weeks ago. It was $3.06 last weekend, $2.91 at the Wally with a Wally card and has been dropping since. It might even be lower than $3.00 now. It's crazy because a month ago it was about $3.70.
