Those old signs seemed almost like all colleges everywhere got a group rate on the exact same signs. These are sharp, I just hope the colors don't end up showing dirt.

I suggested this to them in the summer of 2011. He was definetly frugal overall but definetly a tightwad when it came to spending money on non-athletes.

Oh thatll look cool! And I do not think we need those banners in the stands, i think it looks worse than empty seats. Its like were trying to hide them.

Everything costs so much money. The new campus signs took some bucks to buy and had to be installed by union labor. That drives the cost up quite a bit. They look very nice tho. Much needed.

As for the stadium banners, I don't know that Jiff was a tightwad so much as the $$ just wasn't there.

I like the Huskie eyes in the stands on the East side. I think it looks way better than empty seats & " dresses up" the stadium a bit.

I've never really liked the dated look of the West stands. This dresses things up quite a bit.

yes, would love to see pix. I don't even see the east side from the outside since we moved to tailgating in the Convo lot.

Maybe all the stadium signage is being paid for by our new media deal now that we dropped IMG.
