Pup Club
Has anyone gotten their Pup Club packages yet? Usually has a kids tshirt in there which I'm assuming should be red for Thursdays red out. Haven't gotten ours yet and kickoff is eight days away.

I spoke to Amy in HAF last week and she said that the Pup Club packages will be mailed shortly. I would imagine this week sometime.

RE: Pup Club
To Pup Club members,

First of all, I want to thank you for being a member of Pup Club for the upcoming season. We really appreciate your support and look forward to a successful year! I can’t wait to see you all in the stands cheering on your NIU Huskies!

Please note that we have not sent out any t-shirts or membership credentials to Pup Club members yet – they will go out early in September. If you want to attend a non-football home sporting event before you receive your membership credential, please let the ticket office know that you are with Pup Club when you arrive on game day.

New to Pup Club this season, you will get discounted tickets to one home NIU football game. To purchase your discount tickets, call 815-753-PACK and ask for “Pup Club Tickets”. Tickets will cost $14 and are in section F on the west side of Huskie Stadium. All orders must be received 24 hours prior to kickoff. The choices are as follows:

8/28 vs. Presbyterian

10/4 vs. Kent State

10/11 vs. Central Michigan

10/18 vs. Miami (OH)

11/11 vs. Toledo

To me the marketing department has really dropped the ball in one area this year, the "Pup Club". Isn't the purpose of giving kids t-shirts so they can wear them and proudly display them at the games? Here we should have a warm day in August and my kid won't even be able to wear a shirt. Who knows what the weather will be in October, not to mention he'll be wearing a jacket over it.

This just adds to the kids ticket debacle, and the marketing department really needs to take a close look at how they will handle "Pup Club" in the future.

Makes nonsense why it wasn't already available since they have known the season started the 28th a long time ago.

Yes the whole Pup Club situation is the one area where the athletic department definitely dropped the ball. They need to fix this.

RE: Pup Club
Another thing I don't understand from this is I had to buy an extra season ticket to account for my son. I wasn't offered any discount for his ticket for one game. I had to pay full price for the ticket. They really need to look at how they are dealing with Pup Club as a whole.

Anyone get their Pup Club stuff yet? This is getting a bit ridiculous. Not exactly sure what I paid for at this point.

Nope, nothing here either. Hopefully it comes today as my kids really like a new Huskie shirt.

I haven't gotten mine yet either. Was hoping the kids could wear their t shirts to the Northwestern game. Not sure what the deal is this season!
