Traditional f-ball powers Penn State and Nebraska are not what they used to be and then they add Rutgers and Maryland. Sure, there are now 14 teams, but I don't see them having enough eligible teams much of the time. I'm guessing we'll see a MAC team in this bowl on a regular basis. I assume the payout won't change much.

Im in agreement. Especially if they cant find a BIG team and then realize BG, Toledo, CMU, WMU or someone nearby that can simply sell tickets will get placed.

What might be a benefit is no more WKU, FMU etc since they wont bring much to the table in terms of ticket sales.

That's a good question. I don't know if there will be some renegotiation for first pick or Mobile gets first pick and Potato gets second.
