if this article was written four years ago, USF would be on that list and UCF would be off. College football is cyclical but it's not like any of the recent expansion since 2003 has been a meritocracy. Instead it has been due to TV markets, TV markets, TV markets. Unless that formula changes programs that are in good TV markets and good academics will be in good position.

Just because you seem to lack reading comprehension skills, doesn't mean my point isn't accurate. It is. This thread is about a story that was about realignment and thus should have been posted to the realignment board.

You can flap your gums and twiddle your fingers all you want, that won't change the facts. It's not my fault many UCF fans are dense.

Ok let me re-state, before Skip Holtz USF was on a upward trajectory. Either way, it's about TV markets plain and simple else no way Maryland or Rutgers wild have joined the b1G
