It's an automatic "Mute" from me, when we're Stateside. I think it's a generationally passed down pattern from car dealers - THAT method of promo. It's stupid, cheesy, invasive, assertively offensive, and pretty much guarantees marking the culprit as one place I will NEVER visit or buy from. They just don't get it.
