I agree. Not to take anything away from the win yesterday, but what changed? Wasn't Louisville #9 last year?

I guess beating a "Top 8" team is the defining characteristic for a lot of people...that or they just wanted to call the UL game a fluke.

Good win, USF, especially on the road.

Beating a top 10 team on the ROAD. Carries more weight because its more difficult to do so.
USF now has beaten Top 10 teams in back to back seasons.Thats putting USF out there to casual fans. You might get lucky once at home but when you do it twice and now on the road and hold WV's running game as USF did it attracts lots of attention.

Morgantown is a hostile place to play and come out with a win.

Anyone questioning the Big East taking South Florida and not Memphis now???

I guess "TigerGuppy" is all wrong on the quality of football Cincinnati, Louisville, and South Florida play! East Carolina and Memphis will benefit just as much when they are added down the road. We then will have a major 10 team all-sports conference.

I agree... who ever is added will catch up pretty quickly... but I dont think it happens anytime soon.. the BE is what it will be for a while.

I'm with you on this but don't get ahead of yourself. Don't forget, Cincy beat an undefeated currently 10-1 Rutgers team and they beat you too so get your head out of the clouds and hope your team takes care of business from this point on. I've always thought of South Florida as the future of this conference but it's a struggle to gain legitimacy in the BCS landscape. next year will be a measure of how legitimate you are when you get Louisville and WVU at home. Bring home the beacon next season and I'll call you a bread winner.
