Casey is definitely the fan favorite. If he can perform the way he gave us a glimpse of to end last season, UConn football is going to be a hot ticket this season. Everyone in the state knows him because his dad Jack is probably the most infamous HS coach in the state. Jack is the guy who coached up Andrew Pinnock and Dwight Freeney in HS. He also knocked out an opposing coach during a game a few years back.

True. But if he has continued success, his name recognition is going to quickly get the state behind this program, which is certainly what we need right now.
I think we are going to surprise this year. We have some good receivers, Geremy Davis in particular, and they have a good rapport with Cochran. I really can't wait until next Friday. UConn hasn't had a real passing attack for a long time. I hope BYU is sleeping on us and betting on an easy win. They are down some key players and we are pretty much at full strengh with a huge chip on our shoulder and new leadership.
