Felony assault with a golf club trying to protect my wife and kid. I won the conflict but lost the legal battle.

if it was a felony, then you won the contest BIG time

The original charges were felonies which were later reduced to misdemeanors after my wife, kid, and I had our say. It was an expensive and stressful ordeal. The guy on the motorcycle, who terrorized my family as he followed them for miles, was never charged, probably because after I clobbered him with a sand wedge he fell and the motorcycle's exhaust burnt the crap out of him. The biggest mistake I made was sticking around after everything was over, had I left they never would have figured out who I was.

What kills me is the knock out game. Some of the victims get f**ked up and require long and expensive periods of recovery and the perp gets a slap on the wrist. Screw that.

Curfews are for the lawless. The lawless are out in full force in Ferguson, and it's no wonder the governor had to declare a state of emergency when criminals are constantly looting and rioting.

You have had curfews in many cities for many things over the years.
Charlotte had one for teenagers and I believe still does.

So, Ferguson burn down?

This whole thing just proves how ridiculous we have become as a nation. There are elements of the black community they need to start taking responsibility for their poor choices and stop blaming it on white cops or white people in general.

Getting killed shouldn't be the punishment for stealing cigars. The story isn't over by a long shot.

And finally, the anti-cop crowd on twitter are still IDIOTS.

Rubber Bullets.

He as so DESPERATE to accuse the police of assaulting the crowd... he called EARPLUGS rubber bullets.. LOL!! And this is a "reporter" for the HuffPo?

My favorite reponse though: Is this a taser?

When you assault people, you go to jail...good on the police for enforcing the law.
