The Williamsburg area alumni club has announced a TV watch party to be held at the Brickhouse Tavern [next to Paul's Deli]. Party/game starts at 3:30 on Aug 30. Food and drink to be available at a "Cash Bar".

I shall attend and count the number of "Griffins" in attendance.

I thought the Watch Party was in Blacksburg?

Why Brickhouse? Paul's/College/Green Leafe (in that order) are much better and more traditional venues.

I think you are seeing this through recent graduate glasses .

Paul's/College/Green Leafe are certainly better nightspots.

Brickhouse, IMO is a clearly better setup for adults (especially the W&M fanbase crowd) to watch a football game on a Saturday late afternoon.

I'm pretty sure if you walk in to any of those places on that corner you will find a good number of people watching the game.

Fair point, and I forgot about that gigantic projector they have, it is a beautiful thing
