If they wanted to upgrade, I would have went with Lester Holt.

Holt would have been the best in house candidate, you're right.

Didn't know that NBC gave Gregory $4m. Not bad for a "GTFO" door-prize.

Gregory was ill-suited for the MTP role. In nearly six years on the job, it's almost impossible to think of a single significant interview or statement uttered on the show. I guess when Biden blurted out he was for "gay marriage" counts (sort of). And maybe when Newt Gingrich dissed Paul Ryan at the beginning of his (Newt's) presidential campaign. But that's it.

Chuck Todd can't possibly do any worse.

ive always liked Chuck Todd. no clue if this is a good role.

I think he comes across as biased and arrogant just like Gregory. They need a tough but fair personality, and that ain't Todd.

Just run reruns with Tim Russert. Be better than that crap product they continue to push out.

How will we survive without Chuck Todd being at the White House
