It looks like a huskie flag on one side, the other side was the huskie eyes. One side looks like it can accomodate a pole. Both the top and bottom have three buttons (top buttons hook to bottom buttons). Buttons are only on one half the top and bottom.

Interesting...when you snap the buttons together do the Huskie eyes end up perfectly centered? Maybe they want them to be like a small flag and a rally towel sort of thing where everyone would hold up the Huskie eyes in the crowd?

The flag thing I think was intended like the SMU envolope idea but maybe the buttons didnt line up.

Depending on how you snap it, it could be either side. I guess it could be a weird windsock.
