If you bought Northwestern tix through the ticket office, I was told that those were mailed out today.

Its a flag...the snaps were to fold over and mail the season tickets in but I think the snaps were put in the wrong location by the manufacturer.

Our snaps are in the same place as the SMU flag and they used it to mail their tickets. I managed to fold mine back into a mailing pouch but I'd never use it to mail anything without some packing tape to secure it. I don't think the snaps are strong enough to go through the mail.

Someone in the athletic department actually signed off on the "mailing flag"...sad.

Why is it sad if SMU did it?

Also last year the pup club did a very similar thing and it worked just fine. Those little holes in the flag were likely where little bits of string which helped hold the package together...but I guess they had to cut them for some reason.
