It'd have to be one lane then, because those patios (unlike any other stretch of road in Memphis) are awesome.

If Memphis architecture embraced crowns and spires in its modern buildings a la Morgan Keegan bldg (and not Peabody Place) that height might be attainable one day...

Peabody place's great design but low height make it the most dissappointing building in Memphis IMO.

Agreed. It's a rabbit warren of buildings cobbled together. Quite confusing. The southeastern entrance where the bookstore used to be could have been so awesome, and it was just a blah, boring entrance space.
