If I were you guys I would start worrying about YOUR coaches in C-USA. Because this could cause a chain reaction where coaches such as Kragthorpe, Mike Price, O'Leary and Skip Holtz start getting cherry picked by BCS conference programs.

Barry Alverez, the former Wisconsin coach who is now their AD, is the #1 candidate for the position. Greg Schiano is listed as the #2 candidate. But I don't see Schiano leaving Rutgers. That could turn out to be one of the best jobs in the nation very soon. He'd be a fool to leave that for Miami.

Barry Alvarez? Interesting.

LOL! College football is about big $$$. Someone will take a flyer on them. They both are still solid coaches, UCF's brutal season not withstanding.

You know, I just had this thought...

When they fired Coker, did they use gasoline and matches?

They didn't have to. They just took a pair of pliers and ripped his manhood out on national television.

Well, There always a school or pro team higher up the ladder, so no school is immune. I might be wrong, but I don't think Coach Holtz would go to a middle of the pack school in a BCS conference. Coaching a school like South Carolina, in the SEC, can kill a coaching career.
