Abilene Christian over Georgia State. Georgia State showed signs of improvement last year losing several very close games but they have not shown they can finish the game. Normally I would agree, but I don't think we need "lightening" to beat NCST. They have been in turmoil for a few years and have lost to some pretty bad squads. They were winless in the ACC last year. Maybe they turned it around in one offseason, but maybe not.

Did you just try and correct his spelling of lightning by spelling it incorrectly?

abliene christian lost a lot of starters: qb, all 3 starting receivers, their best o linemen, their starting tailback..I dont see them having it all together in the early season.

Plus they are pretty one dimentional

NCSU is pretty bad, so GaSo should give them a game and it wouldn't shock me at all to see NCSU lose.

If I were betting straight up, I'd probably put my money on NCSU, but with a spread, on GaSo.

They may scare them early, but after the 2nd qtr it will all be MSU.

That was not lightning. We lost a fumble inside the Florida 5. We failed to convert a late 4th and short that we should've converted. And we failed to get one punt off. We played a far from perfect game. Florida had many injuries, but we had more, including our all-American fullback and many key defensive players.

Or: Wait till 10/25 and I guarantee you will see a GSU win in the Dome. You can even call it a "home" win as the entire state of GA is Georgia Southern's home.
