MAC in the Majors
Andrew Chafin from Kent State is set to make his major league debut for the Arizona Diamondbacks in Cleveland today

With other MAC players in the Majors:

Dean Anna from Ball State has spent some time with the New York Yankees this year, before being waived and picked up by the Pirates organization

Brad Snyder from Ball State also played a little with the Texas Rangers,

Josh Collmenter from CMU is Andrew Chafin's teammate with the Arizona Diamondbacks, 8-6 with a 4.09 ERA

Burke Badenhop from Bowling Green is on the Red Sox. BGSU's Nolan Reimold has played for the Orioles and the Blue Jays this year.

Miami has Adam Eaton on the White Sox

Marc Krauss from OU has played for Houston this year

Matt Shoemaker from EMU starting pitcher with the Angels 10-4 3.89 ERA

Adam Rosales from WMU is a utility infielder with the Texas Rangers.

Matt Guerrier from Kent State was on the Minnesota Twins earlier this year. He has been released, and at age 36, he might be out of baseball now. He's been in 555 games for the Twins, Dodgers, and Cubs, with a 27-35 record and 3.52 ERA

Adam Rosales from WMU is a utility infielder with the Texas Rangers. He sees limited action, but he hit 2 HRs in one game last week (off Chris Sale, no less).

MAC in the Majors
Chafin pitched 5 shutout innings as the D-backs eventually won 1-0 in 12 innings. Pretty good first major league start.

Dont think Toledo has anyone in the bigs right now, but had a Triple-A and Double-A all-star this year, so there is hope

FWIW, the Miami player on the White Sox is Adam Eaton, not Andrew.

RE: MAC in the Majors
We (Miami) had John Ely pitching for LA, but he's back down in the minors again....been up and down the last few years.
