Florida State's "Ask Jameis" hashtag is a predictable mess

Have any of those "#ask[x]" things worked? Mark Emmert's was also a disaster. So was the NYPD inviting people to Tweet photos of officers.

I would normally say that Reddit would be the way to go if you want to talk to the people, but Roger Goodell's AMA didn't go well either and I'm pretty sure Jameis Winston would get torn apart there, too. If you must do a Q&A with the guy, which I'm not sure is a good idea under any circumstance, you gotta host it through an FSU fan site with questions submitted in advance.

None of this has anything to do with whether Winston is guilty of rape or not. The accusation is out there, isn't going away, and the FSU marketing department has GOT to be smarter than this. Fair? As Mike & Mike like to say, "It doesn't matter if it's fair."

A lot of those responses were pretty lame and predictable. Some were so vicious while also on-the-nose that it hurt.
