RE: Fantasy supercard of the best Tag teams since the "golden era"
Good list except the first and last.
PG-13?
Come on. Hell, put in the Fantastics, the Convertible Blondes, the Killer B's, the "other Midnight Express" (Condrey and Rose).
I don't get and never will, the Dudleys. They really only had a short run in the WWE when tag team was LOW on the totem pole and everything was "extreme rules" (the dumbest thing to ever hit wrestling). I don't count "titles" in ECW or TNA, as they are major second tier organizations.
The Bulldogs and Steiners (maybe the Horsemen or Freebirds) are a better opponent for LOD, but it would break up the unique matches that are already there.
I suppose you could put the Harts vs LOD (not sure they ever crossed paths) and put the Duds vs. Ole and Arn.

Kane is on there twice, so maybe take him off the Brothers of Destruction and add Sid or Danny Spivey with Taker (Mean Mark Callous) to reunite the Skyscrapers.

RE: Fantasy supercard of the best Tag teams since the "golden era"
Dusty Rhodes and Magnum TA were a better team, but Nikita and Ricky Steamboat were a much better team.
Lawler and Dundee although Lawler and Idol was more of a personal favorite.
DOOM should probably be on the list. The 4 Horseman not being on the list is probably the biggest omission.
Chris Jericho and Big Show was a good team, but Kane and Big Show were even better.
I am a Road Warriors fan, but there was something about Sting and Luger....

Yeah, I was trying to find cool matchups we didn't ever really get to see.
That's why I liked the Bulldogs vs the Steiners. Would have been a barn burner and high impact match. Bookers dream.
Hart Foundation vs the Steiners would have been really sweet as well. Outsiders vs The Road Warriors maybe?
Endless possibilities.

Bravo, though, on the list. It just shows how successful and popular tag team wrestling can be when done right.

RE: Fantasy supercard of the best Tag teams since the "golden era"
I hate that there isn't more of a push for tag teams in the modern age. And JBL was right a couple of weeks ago, that a successful tag team is more than just throwing together two good individual wrestles, but that teamwork that only really comes from having two work together for a period of time.
On a previous job, one of my coworkers and I would pass time on the line debating which teams were the greatest of all times. We would come up with tournaments and predict who would win....
Very good list. You did forget a great tagteam though "Cowboy" Bob Orton and.... ummmm, that other guy.

I'd like a tag team match against Trish Stratus and Stacy Keibler. I don't want a partner. I wouldn't mind going down versus them on my own.

No Assassins? That franchise was around forever, but I never see them anymore.

On a sad note Ken Lucas passed Wednesday. He and Dennis Hall were a good team.
