Been quite the last few days in college sports. Obviously, there will be a long appeal process but Wilken destroyed a lot of the NCAA's basic arguments in her ruling.

If she gets reversed on appeal, she didn't destroy anything. Of course, she hasn't been reversed yet, either.

Oh, I know. But, I have a distinct feeling this is the beginning of the end for the NCAA model as it is currently constructed.

That model is being attacked on many fronts, so even a reversal of this decision on appeal is not any guarantee of safety for the NCAA's status quo.
