Fan might be a stretch, although I do follow Wisconsin basketball more than football. Wisconsin is a far distant 2nd in my fandom. I have a degree from Wisconsin too so I can understand fans that support schools they went to. It is those fans that have absolutely no ties to a school that root for that university over a university they attended which makes me ill. (good lord I sound like Bernstein now)

Don't worry about the loss of Mark Polliciious, NU is pretty deep offensively, you guys will still be heavy favorites in Evanston, I would worry though about the Big 10 divisional chances now, that is a lot to ask
