Good, that should make it easy for one to sneak in some night. Of course he'll have only benign intentions.

Your idiocy has to be an act, no one is as stupid as you make yourself out to be.

These people are good. They just need help.

They're criminals.

Breaking one law does not a criminal make.

Well yeah it does, by definition...

RE: Companies That Hire Illegal Aliens
The fines and business penalties in the Alabama immigration bill were attacked mercilessly as not good for Alabama's economy, by liberals.

It's interesting that when the whole thing comes down to it the arguments from each side flip-flop. Liberals cry about the economy and conservatives talk about doing the right thing.

Then wouldn't that make all of us criminals?

I mean every one of us has broken a law at one time or another.

I guess we are all "illegals" then aren't we?

My very presence in this country isn't a crime.

But what we have established here is that if you have broken the law then you are a criminal and therefore an "illegal".

No, we haven't. That's some half-assed extrapolation you're trying to make.

It's a conclusion based on many people's definition of criminal.

Exactly. Calling someone a criminal because they broke one law IS quite a leap.

If he's guilty, then he's guilty. End of story.

Patrick is an idiot. But when you have to dig this hard to find that little dirt, it's pretty telling.

I've worked with both van de Putte and Patrick at various times, and I definitely enjoyed the experience with Leticia more than the experience with Dan. Given that the lieutenant governor is where the real power is in Texas, that race is actually interesting to me. I'll probably vote libertarian and watch from afar.

As for governor, I'm no fan of Abbott, but the last thing we need is a gold digging sl*t in the governor's mansion. I'll vote libertarian here, unless it looks close, in which case I'll hold my nose and vote Abbott.

I agree, unfortunately we are having to choose the lesser if two evils instead if a true leader
