Won't Discuss anything Senate...

House Represenative Lynn Jenkins just ripped on Harry Reid's Senate Leadership.

See the vid/twitter

So before people start chastising the House Republicans, I'd say Rep Jenkins just put a massive hole in your claims.

Ill take her word for her claims. If so? I think she is asking a very legitimate question. Where is the media on this? Is it not their job to be the watchdog of the Hill? Why are they not asking Mr. Reid why this is happening?

Good question FO.. To me, it wasn't a jab at Dems or Republicans.. But more at Harry Reid's set of priorities about things like the Redskins name being racist.

Did you know the first thing on his Senate calendar is to try to push a _constitutional amendment_ on campaign spending?

REALLY? We've got illegal immigration problems, we've got IRS issue and THIS is his first calendar issue?

The media is now simply a political arm of the gangs. There are no Edward R. Morrows today.

Except the house pushed out bill proposals during that period, Fit. (again, I'm one of those people that thought the lawsuit was a stupid idea)

How many bills have gotten out of the Senate for the House to consider?

Hell, even if the Senate brought the bills to the floor and VOTED them down.. that'd be at least a "Do Nothing" congress I could live with.

I'm guessing very few.

Every bill put on the floor to debate allows a platform for senators to speak. Any dissenting voice is quashed. Reid is just allowing for only himself and Zero to be the focus of attention. The fact that it is all negative does not concern him. Democrats are showing future speakers how to stifle speech at the floor of the senate by no action. Reid is responsible for congress' single digit approval rating. Enabling Zero's pen and phone strategy. Someday soon, we will see how liberals like the same treatment. All at the peril of the republic. Reid has taken the greatest body of representative gov't and turned it into a circus.
