Who should return kicks this year
If I had to choose it would probably be Chad Beebe for punts and Tommylee and Deucee Turner for kickoffs. Thoughts?

Just let TLL return kicks for the Toledo game.

I would situationaly put Tommy back there. Big games and big situations where you feel you need it. Beebe, Turner, Saffold (if he doesn't redshirt) are all good options, though. No more Paris Logan!

RE: Who should return kicks this year
I would say TLL without a doubt because he has 4 return TDs which is a lot, but 7 has a good idea. I don't want him getting smoked all the time so, I'd limit it.
I like Beebe for punts and I'd put Saffold and Turner back for kickoffs and see what happens. Yesterday, they had Saffold, Ducee, Logan, TLL, and Lurry practicing the punts/kicks. Lurry looks like he's a speedster. Based on Olootu's success returning kicks and punts in HS, he is a good option as well. But if he's gonna get a ton of reps as a freshman, don't burden him too much. Man NIU has some speed.
