Good stuff. I have always liked Cincy Football. Couple of questions:

1.What is your average attendance and what is the capacity of the stadium with the new additions?
2. How much will club level seats cost?
3. What is attendance looking like this year in terms of seats already sold?

1. Average attendance in 2013 was about 31,800 (91% capacity of 35,097). The renovated Nippert Stadium is focusing on revenue generating Luxury Suites and Club Seating. Initial public statements have been that capacity will be about 40,000. Although Tuberville in recent interviews has stated we are going to around 45,000, which I guess can be done by narrowing current seating .
2. Minimum Investment on Club seats is a 3 yr commitment at $2,500 a year (minimum 2 seats) . That translates in $15,000 total for two seats for 3 years. Last info from UC months ago indicted about 65% of these have been sold. All 18 Luxury suites with the exception of 1 or 2 have been spoken for some topping out at a million dollars.
3. I would suspect attendance in 2014 to be similar to last year. With no marquee home OOC or rivalry games plus the games being at PBS are a couple challenges facing UC this year.

This looks great! I have always loved Nippert. Hopefully I can see UofL play there again someday. Regardless, it's an absolutely outstanding venue to watch a college football game. UC should be proud!
