That was Toledo only.

Oddly enough I was in Ohio over the weekend. But at my HS reunion in my hometown, not Toledo.

Mach is close to Lake Erie, but I think he's farther east now.

I thought it was more than Toledo. Parts of northern OH and southen MI were effected.

You're probably right. The news I heard was focused primarily on Toledo, and people said you could go a little south and be alright.

It was anyone who gets their water through the Toledo water plant. Around 20 communities in Ohio and Michigan do.
