That guy got fired after three write-ups for looking at porn (while on the clock), one write-up for making threats, and two write-ups for being over an hour late. Three write-ups is enough to get you fired, one write-up for looking at porn, especially while on the clock, is enough for immediate termination. He was also told multiple times to change the background on his work computer because it was always a naked guy. If that wasn't enough, we were later served a letter that said he was suing us for $100,000.00 for discrimination but would settle out of court for $10,000.00. Turns out, he'd done this to several companies, all of which settled out of court. We just made copies of all of his write-ups (which he'd signed each time) and sent them to his lawyer and asked if he still wanted to take this to court because we aren't settling outside of it for $10K.

Makes me think he's young. Most young guys flail and flop over two girls scissoring, or even kissing. Hell, when I was 21, I tried to get my GF to make out with my buddy's GF and they said sure, we'll do whatever you two do. I had a chub starting at the word "sure," and my damn wiener dropped down and went into immediate hiding as soon as they said the last word. All bets were off at that point.
