Why do you think that is?
What I'm asking is... under what circumstances do hospitals generally deny doctors admitting privileges?
getting admitting privileges is no easy process. Some of the time it takes an application just to fill out an application. We have seen a lot of cases where abortion clinics were denied for even the right to apply for admitting privileges. Hospitals can reject abortion clinics under the premise of "we are not accepting new applications at this time." Other hospitals have stipulations that go along with admitting privileges in the first place such as a doctor must have X amount of in-house patients per year. Well how many abortion doctors in Texas & Alabama have active hospital patients?
Requiring admitting privileges does absolutely nothing to make abortion clinic safer while being a requirement that is literally impossible to come in compliance with.

Alabama can just do what Ohio did, require surgical centers (cough cough) to have
contracts with hospitals in case of emergencies. Since this law was passed the death chamber abortion mills have been closing because no hospitals have agreed to contracts.

I am dead serious. There was nothing in that post that would suggest I am trolling you. You are the troll.
