Why? Happens all the time. Maybe he was asked to, didn't like the punishment, thought he shouldn't be punished, or a myriad of other reasons. What's your point and why do you need to be told what to think?

Anybody who will go after a guy 150 pounds heavier than they are has a place on my football team.

Hum, he was one heck of a running back in high school in Tampa. Averaged almost 12 yards a carry.

Big loss for the football team, IMHO

I hate to see us lose anyone. All things considered, we are still doing a MUCH better job of keeping players then we did during the worst of it.

Agree. Don't like losing in any of its forms, including the loss of a player. The reason is irrelevant to me, since it seems to be a done deal.

In my opinion, he had the biggest of all RBs in that class. Blazing speed, moves

Wow. We could use a guy with heart like that. I heard there were other issues with him.

The CA says he wasn't dismissed...and we haven't heard about a punishment for Big Dom...(usually if Coach Pastner has to punish someone...we all know about it.)

Maybe he's just homesick.
Whatever the case I wish him well. (As long as he doesn't transfer to UT or Ole Prius)

Heard and read the chatter, but not sure I have seen any final details on that.

Maybe he lost out on the girl they were fighting over and didn't want to be around where she is.
