Sean Frazier deserves Kudos for upgrading our football schedule and we now have better and more inspired leadership in place which bodes well for our future.

However, based on what I have been reading Schedulepalooza was Donna Turner's idea. It was brilliant and we all owe her a big Thank You for that.

Another thing that has always impressed me about our program is how well spoken our athletes are and 18 to 22 year olds do not come across that way without some media coaching which I have always suspected comes from Ms Turner and her staff. This is not a small or inconsequential thing because our student athletes impact people's perceptions of NIU as an institution. I live in Columbus Ohio so I hear a ton of interviews with tOSU athletes and every time I hear NIU students interviewed they make me proud to be a HUSKIE.
