I never call any of my fellow posters names. On the other hand public officials are far game.07-coffee3 I don't think the Spin Room is a hot spot for garnering votes.04-cheers You have to admit that Ted is a little effeminate and narcissism is a chronic political disease.

What are you talking about?

Cruz is prissy. Cruz is self-centered. Cruz is egotistical. Cruz is calculating. A lot of politicians are self-centered and egotistical.

Cruz is not prissy, you are an idiot. If he was self centered, he be lining his pockets with lobbyist cash and prepping himself for a K Street career (Cantor), not going against the establishment. He is the polar opposite of self-centered. Egotistical and calculating? Maybe, but who gets to that level without an ego and making calculated moves?

(nice name calling) I certainly hope he is the GOP nominee in 2016.

Actually a lot of people do. About time we had someone that sticks up for what's right instead of politically correct or convenient.

I don't know if that would be entirely correct. I'll support the Democratic nominee when all is said and done, so if it is Clinton that would be a yes. But I'd like to keep the options open right now. I'm not crazy about family dynasties like the Clintons and Bushes occupying the White House for years and years.

But you'll support the dim no matter who's name is on there. Wow. Talk about closed minded.

Yet it's the conservatives who get lectured over and over again about being "open-minded", when we all know that means nothing more than "why aren't you more liberal"? When clearly it's the libs that are closed minded to anyone or anything that may be conservative in nature. And we wonder why nothing can get done in that cesspool of Dee Cee.

I don't really like Cruz but I'll take him over Boehner. John is the single most incompetent SOB in Washington. The fact he hasn't been replaced 1000 times already shows how incompetent the entire party has become.

If you haven't noticed I am a card carrying Democrat. I'm open minded about who the nominee might be but when all is said and done it is time to circle the wagons. I think it is much better to work within the system rather than get mad when things don't go the way I want and stand outside and yell.

Yet, you'd never vote for a Republican or independent. Amazing.

No wonder we get the government we deserve. You're one of those that would vote for an idiot like a Sheila Jackson Lee over someone sane and competent, simply because of the "D". A yellow dog.

You're yet another who contributes to the problem, complains about the problem, yet is part of the problem and doesn't even realize or won't recognize it.

Talk about close minded.

I could care less about his sexual orientation. Being effeminate or a metrosexual aren't about that. They are some of is quirks.

Actually I voted for a Republican once. He is a friend of mine and I knew he didn't have a chance of winning. So I gave him my vote. Otherwise why would anyone vote for a candidate from a party that more often than not supports positions that are the polar opposite of your position? I have plenty of opportunity to eliminate the outliers during the primary season. If a loony gets through that process I simply don't vote for them, but this seldom happens. While you are entitled to your opinion I think you are off base in your assessment.

if you are a conservative would you honestly vote for someone you considered a liberal?

A liberal? Perhaps not, but that would depend on the other candidate. But that's not what we're talking about here, is it? Again, you leftists move the Gooooooaal!!!!. I said yella dawg, any dim, all the time, so long as they's dim's. Right?

Would I vote for a democrat? Yup. Done it, it was the right decision and he was a hell of a good Pol. Served his constituents well. Was he liberal, well of course not silly, who would vote for that stupidity?
