EMU Football Roster
A new roster has been posted, one surprising omission is Tate the juco WR is not on the roster, perhaps a qualifying issue?
Bossard has been switched from QB to DB.
We added two more walk on DBs-Aaron Abbott and Herb Alford.

Big loss without Tate. Glad they are going to utilize Bossard's talents somewhere. Interesting that it would have taken this long to figure out if Tate would be qualified or not.

I hope WR depth isn't a bigger problem then folks here believe...

RE: EMU Football Roster
Our WRs weren't that great last year, but at least we bring the majority of them back. Creel, QJones, and Jay Jones are pretty experienced, plus talented freshmen like KJones (lots of Joneses) could step in and produce immediately. Sounds like Tyler Allen will have a role in the passing game too, according to Creighton and DeBoer.
We didn't utilize our receivers well at all under English. It was basically the Russell show any time we passed, which is fine, but our receivers have talent. Time to use them better.

If Tate can't play that hurts, many of us had him pegged an as immediate impact player at WR, there's also King and Stone who redshirted as frosh and Gibson who had a good spring. After that its pretty much walk ons. the TE is even worse for depth this year.

So that's 8 WRs that we count, before the walk-ons. Creel, QJones, JJones, Allen, KJones, Gibson, King, Stone. That's not bad depth at all. Not one of them is a senior, either.
I agree with you on TE depth though. Russell and Gardner are the only players with any experience at the position. Losing Alford really sucked, because now if Tyreese gets hurt, we are so screwed.
