I'd rank Rutgers dead last honestly. Nothing I saw last year gives me much hope for better than a 4-8 season. I really hope we surprise and can get to say 7-5 even.

I would not rank them below Indiana...yet.

That doesn't automatically make Rutgers dead last. Not even in the Eastern Division.

All the polls that I have seen rate Indiana ahead of Rutgers but has Purdue dead last. I was surprised that Purdue has fallen so low in the experts eyes.

Never expect to be worse than either Indiana team...
