Ahhhh, the 'ol Wolfe. I remember going up north with a hot girl I was dating watching the Ohio State vs NIU game, rooting hardcore for NIU. Wolfe broke away for a huge run while she told me to calm down because her husband's lawyer was in the bar. She was hot, but her breasts sagged really really low when we got our clothes off. Plus, she was still married to an ex-Ferris State football player. Ahhh, the good 'ol days.

I predict that Akeem Daniels will be a stud on offense this year. He will have a ton of all purpose yards, both rushing and receiving........He will be the team's MVP this year...

Not sure were you got that idea, Akeem has played in 39 out of 42 games. The three he missed were as a true freshman.

Yes, he misses last year with a foot injury but it's not like he was injured twice here and missed games before he missed two full seasons.

That extremely unfair, Rose is a whiney baby, Daniels just had a tough toe injury

Derrick Rose tore his ACL, and then tore the meniscus in is other knee. He could have played at the end of the past two seasons, but I'm sure Akeem could have played at the end of last season too. Don't be a dunce and act like Akeem had the worse injury.

One of our QB's gets injured.
The other under-performs.
Anthony Maddie gets a shot and blows everyone's mind with his athleticism. End result is people wondering why he wasn't the #1 guy from the beginning. He becomes the starting QB in 2015 and 2016.

So Maddie will be the next Garrett Wolfe.

I don't understand the Maddie hype...if he was so good why did he transfer?

I just said that Garrett Wolfe was stuck behind another player. that player got hurt, insert Wolfe and the rest was history.

I think this year's team ends up comparable to the last two. I know it's crazy to say this but I don't see the offense missing a beat. Too many weapons.

But what about the other side of the ball? It was pretty weak last year, and now we replace most of the DLine + a first round NFLer.

I think overall, NIU's D will be about the same. They won't be able to clamp down as well when they need to, but overall -- roughly the same, I think.

But that's assuming the O can stay on the field as much without Lynch. My prediction is that the O will step down a notch, thus the D will seem like it stepped down one too.

Well, that's one way to celebrate a first down. I just do the "And that's another Huskie ...."

I predict that people will soon find out that MacIntosh can run too.

Derrick Rose is done.

Medical technology has advanced significantly for those types of injuries.

Anecdotal evidence, but my brother (hockey) had surgery to repair fully torn ACL/meniscus in January. They told him 6-8 months. He returned to playing in May.

I firmly believe Rose will be back to the player he once was. Might take a year though.
