True. That peanut allergy analogy will go down in Tiger history.
As far as the 'fan chemistry goes'...even LeBron and Cleveland have reconciled. Can the rest of us be far behind. :)

Like I said, in the last couple of days, myself, TripleA and othes have both acknowledged that JM's info seems to be good. There are many others that would never be caught dead saying anything good about MR. Most of them (coincidentally?) also never seem to have anything good to say about our coach.

Jesus, you think that poorly of Tiger history?
Great article by Martin, some folks need to cut the kid slack, he's been killing it over the past year and his future is bright. Funny to look back a few years and review the jabs that he has no access to the program, and to then to see how far he's come. Proud of that young man.
Nice to hear that Will has fond memories of his college days. With the turmoil around the team during his two years, I was afraid he'd harbor resentment. His comments on Pastner's potential are interesting as well.

As I recall, Jesus said he thinks Tiger History is to die for.

I greatly wish this would die as an issue. JM seems to be getting his footing as a solid media contributor. MR has done a wonderful job for years. I see little to dislike about either except for people trying to manufacture some level of animus.
I'm glad both (and many others) contribute to our fan base and simply fail to understand why this is still an issue. Aren't we all glad we have myriad options for coverage of our team?
As usual, this is just my opinion, but I follow the Tigers and more coverage by more outlets equals more info for me. I fail to see the negative.

Last August, Martin stated on a radio show the he would " have to answer with the intellect of memphistigers.org posters'."
He holds contempt for you, me, his disciples, and everyone else at MT.org.
Nevertheless, my regard for his professional work is commensurate with his production quality level. I am not his acolyte ready to unquestionably heap praise upon him like some folks.

I will say this. Success depends on the choices we make. Whatever past failures and poor choices that were made in the past should not affect the future ones.
to everyone's choices being the ones that connect with respect, success and self improvement.
It's all about the trend. :)

He needs to ignore us. The relationships required to establish real sources require time wisely spent. People will not give media people information, unless they are at least partially convinced the media person 'cares' about them. Period.

Worrying about the John Martins of the world is like worrying about skunks; they stink pretty bad, but sooner or later every one of them gets run over.

That is kind of my take as well. This board can be a bit of a zoo sometimes, such is the life of a message board. I certainly don't take it seriously/personally.
