OT - sad news at UCLA

They had a massive water break right near UCLA's athletic facilities and it appears several of them (Pauley Pavilion, the athletic lockerrooms, the track and probably the Wooden Center) suffered some serious flooding. I think it's sad for several reasons - first, the facilities are historic and it may take some time for them to be restored to their original quality. And secondly and probably more important, the state of California is in a serious drought and that's a lot of water being wasted.

Personally I'm also sad because UCLA is my alma mater and I was one of the original building supervisors at the John Wooden Center (the campus rec building, which opened in 1983).
