Thank goodness. I was just discussing this with friends the other day and said that the best thing Boehner could do is take this out of the news because it only helps in Dem fund raising.

I think (hope) he is stalling till after elections. If you notice the talk of his lawsuit against Obama has faded from view. When the Republicans have majorities in both Houses, I see it coming back.
Of course I'm not convinced of the intelligence of the President or his advisors so maybe they think a law suit is the same as Impeachment

Repubs couldn't win a trial in the senate now anyway, They would need like 53 seats in 2014 so they could have a little margin for error. Biden being the tie-breaker and all. But if Biden did become president via Zero resignation or being found guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors, Biden would for sure oppose Killary for 2016 which would really work out to the benefit of Republicans. But Republicans could never be that evil, stupid yes, evil like the dims, no.
