This is Alex Owens from Oak Ridge Academy.

He committed to UCF a while ago, then de-committed to take other visits, and now is apparently back to having UCF in his Final 3.

He tweeted out a final 3 of UCF, Providence, and Missouri. He was offered by most everyone.

Would be a huge pick up in addiiton to the 2014 class and McSpadden/Chad Brown already committed in 2015.

From his latest interview, I think the odds of him selecting UCF is low...seems to want to go to school/play out of state...and maybe with his fellow hs teammate at Mizzou...only school to offer both.

But you have to be in it to win it...so at least UCF has a shot.

It's gotta be a good sign when he is still in contact with the host. His odyssey started a year ago. I imagine it's a home vs away thing. Where his parents stand will be a factor there
