UTEP's M.B.A. make “Best of the Best” lists.
Magazines recognize UTEP's M.B.A. program as national best

Quote:Several national magazines recently recognized The University of Texas at El Paso’s M.B.A. program in their annual “Best of the Best” lists.

Professional Woman’s Magazine, Hispanic Network Magazine and Black EOE Journal named UTEP’s award-winning M.B.A. program one of the nation’s best. This is the second year the program has been acknowledged by Hispanic Network, which also named UTEP as a top school for Hispanics. The University itself was named among the Top Veteran-Friendly Schools by the company’s U.S. Veterans Magazine.

UTEP’s M.B.A. program enrolls approximately 300 students from more than 20 countries. The M.B.A. program has earned numerous awards during the past decade, such as the No. 1 ranking by Hispanic Business magazine for best diversity practices from 2010 through 2013, and the Excelencia in Education’s 2012 Example of Excelencia for Graduate Programs. The program also was ranked among the world’s best by European-based FindyourMBA.

Good to see. I expect with Dr. Natalicio at the helm we will see more of these accolades. With the growing number of PHD programs and her push for tiier 1 research rating, UTEP is doing well. It's unusual to have an open enrollment university because of it's mission, combined with excellent programs and tier 1 research.
