Tribe turning the corner and Tom Petty's bad luck???
I'm not sure where the origins of the Tom Petty curse come from that you all reference so frequently, but I think it is finally going to be lifted. You see, Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers have just released their unlucky 13th studio album, Hypnotic Eye.

I'm not a superstitious guy, but maybe this is what The Tribe needs to finally turn the corner and have a milestone year...National Championship in football?? NCAA tourney??

Maybe it's time to embrace Tom Petty and his curse with this album. Maybe listen to it backwards on vinyl in a room with black cats, sitting under a ladder.

I am the author of the Tom Petty Curse and I agree the curse should be and was expelled last year. I posted this after the great season the basketball had.. In fact as the seasons unfolded if my radio waves were not filled with Mr Perry's nasaly twang, The Tribe lost as we saw in The CAA Championship basketball game .
