Give yourself a nice pat on the back America!

American/Western interventionism has wonderful results yet again!

Glad our money has done so much good for the Libyans.

I am seriously starting to think that these middle eastern tyrants are really just the lesser of two evils.

Actually, we have no troops on the ground, and that's probably the best 'win' we can expect there. Its Europe's oil. Its Europe's problem. Not ours.

In all honesty, our foreign policy is a joke, and has been for years. We talk **** about dictators for being too brutal and yet cry when radicals or people we don't like take over. The end result is we support tyrants who abuse their people and then turn around and piss on democracy.

The saying in the Arab world is, 'we don't hate America; we hate your government.'

Chevron, Marathon, and Connoco all have plots in Libya. That's simply not true.

my personal favorite is we celebrate when we try to bring democracy to them, then flip out when their elected officials do things we disagree

Democracy is conditional on doing only what america wants

Wouldn't the best win have been to not help the AQ rebels overthrow the gov't in the first place?

Whose call was that again?

Oil is fungible....

Not saying we should do anything but Obama backed the rebels with rhetoric and air support...

Because Qadaffi, who murdered at least 500 American citizens was much better, right?

If they're going to take our money, and they always do because we always offer it, then they should do what we want. Otherwise what's the point of giving them money?

Better than what they have now, yes. It was none of our business, and a battle between two evils.

The only reason you would dispute that is your blind loyalty to Obama, and the fact that this is entirely on him.
