Not sure who will actually play but there are quite a few old favorites in town for the weekend. Here is an except from the MLive article:

"Friday the Broncos will host an alumni hockey game and scrimmage at 5 p.m. at Lawson Ice Arena. The game will feature former and current pro hockey players, like Danny DeKesyer and Mark Letestu, and is free to the public."

They're putting new, custom made stalls in the locker room. A donor came forward with a generous gift to get the project rolling. It was announced at the post-golf dinner.

custom built stalls can be easilly moved from a old rink to a new one. Same with the new scoreboards which were installed last year and high definition broadcast upgrades

Not sure I would read too much into the gift, other than the generosity from a "friend of the program".

hope they post a press release on the gift/donor, as I for one want to make sure I thank them in person.
