04-bs Ok, wait a minute... I've heard this phrase a few times before. I'm usually not one to accuse of multiple ID's but there's already been a few red flags here with this account, and this one has to be the biggest. Two days here and you've already arrived at this conclusion? Not saying I disagree with 2 out of 3 of these guys, but I want examples. Especially since Hoople has done nothing but namecall and bicker the last couple of days you've been present, and jubbas posted a few things yesterday, but nothing else besides that. This strikes me as odd.

You don't have to have a bunch of posts to have been monitoring this board as a guest... I don't think that should be a red flag at all. Acer got locked out of his account and doesn't really want back in, but still peruses this board on occasion to take in whats been going on...

I've talked to Acer too. He's asked me to help him retrieve his password a few times. I've tried private messaging the mods about it on a few occasions, but have never gotten a response. His situation is different.

I don't typically make accusations like this on here because I find it annoying myself when everyone is pointing fingers about multiple ID's that probably don't exist... but this "BroncoLifer" one is pretty suspect IMO. I don't buy it, sorry. Maybe over time, my opinion will change. But the timing, along with everything else is... interesting.

RE: David Drew's article on the offensive line.
I think the real goal should be to have civil, real conversations about WMU and it's athletics, not worrying about posters and their ID's. In the end, what does it impact if you are suspect of this guy or that guy who is posting?

Now is as good of time as any to re-calibrate that line of thinking. It's a small group here, no reason to turn each thread into a personal deal. Right?

RE: David Drew's article on the offensive line.
There's only one other person here that is capable of posting 60+ times in a 36-hour period, and has coincidentally been attempting to bait myself, Dip, broncofan1, ChuckNorris, and Liam out of all people. It's even more odd that you coincidentally came out of a 6-year hibernation period just a few hours after DB happened to mysteriously stop posting. Believe me, going two days without posting for DB is very rare.

I'm here to talk about WMU sports just like most everyone else, but this is just silly...

There is another site out there where the talk is basic sports talk, but it is not very popular. Think about it.

Turner I believe was their scout team defensive player of the year. Redshirted to get some size, and was considered a quality recruit the year before.

I'm a bit surprised Bailey red shirted, because he had a bit of size coming in. So we will see.

Devonte Lee was a guy WMU almost had initially, committed to MTSU and then transferred. Good size for a DE.

I was referring to how they have played/practiced and how they will fit in this year. Those names weren't mentioned much during spring ball that I have read or heard about. I should have been more clear on my point.

I do know they were all fairly sought after recruits.

We need to stop worrying about multi ID trolls. I'm concerned. DB was so close to the magic 32000 mark, and then he disappeared off the face of the earth. I'm concerned he got on the wrong trail and drove his mountain bike off a cliff. I can't see him passing up a solid weekend of posting (80-100 posts) unless something terrible has happened to him.

God forbid something tragic has happened to him, but I'm very glad that Doo and BL have filled the void left by our most prolific poster.

It is a bit disconcerting how he disappeared so quickly. But he has a pretty active and involved life so I'm sure he is ok and just off on some adventure. If it was winter I'd say he hit the slopes. Then again, you could be onto something with the mountain bike, CD. A lot of the resorts have created summer trails.

RE: David Drew's article on the offensive line.
why are the people that fight with DB on a daily basis still talking about him when he finally takes a break?

We tried a little bit of football talk on this thread but it didn't last.

Glad I finally got a bass boat last week so I am spending most of my time on the water... with no oar.

Ok, but now you're doing it too... ?

Not sure who you're talking about specifically but there's been plenty of football chatter as well. It's refreshing to actually have a real conversation on here without getting interrupted by his constant trolling attempts.

The man hasn't "trolled," as you say, for days. Give it a rest.

By the way, thanks for the info that he was online yesterday. Good to know he must be ok.

My son bought a Bass Tracker Triton, was out on it on Gull Lake last Saturday. Caught my first ever Pike.

Sold our boat two years ago. Boats are money pits. The only day that felt better than when I bought it was when I sold it. My mother in law lives on a lake. Had I left it there I might have kept it, but we trailered it to Austin, Gull and mom's lake. Learned to hate trailering a boat. Nobody backs a boat into a ramp worse than I do.

I have been fishing Austin the last two weeks. Good fishing.

I needed a hobby(Got my first boat when I was 9) and I had a buddy that hadn't touched the boat in 3 years. Runs great. Still trying to get the trolling up to snuff but it is getting closer.

Might be true but the boats I have owned are not a part time thing for me. The boats I had on lake Michigan were used every weekend in the spring and fall, during the summer many times 5 days a week. I put my time on the water. This boat has been available to me since last monday and I have been on the water 5 days and the other 3 in Detroit. I have to use the this one till the wheels fall off. Then my wife might let me get a bright shinny new one02-13-banana But aluminum bass trackers and early 90 Mercs do pretty well.

I don't do things halfway. Either over the top or not at all.

Now back to football.
