OT - UT doing what they do best
Yesterday 2 whorns were suspended indefinitely after warrants were issued for their arrests in a sexual assault case (2 WRs)

Now we have:

Chip Brown ‏@ChipBrownHD 2h
http://HornsDigest.com has confirmed #Texas S Chevoski Collins and RB Jalen Overstreet have been dismissed from team for rules violations.

The more things change the more they stay the same.07-coffee3

I know it's harder for us to gain relevancy when UT is doing good, but I miss the good old days where UT was the dominant program in the state, not A&M.

Supposedly this is the worst time for athletes on the police blotters -
right before camp and right after the season ends.

This makes no sense.

I agree. I find both fan bases annying when they do well. Austin is off limits during the good UT years because the bangwagon pulls in. A&M going to the SEC doubled their ego.

I was referring to....

It's harder for us to gain relevancy...but I miss it.

Huh?

I prefer the Longhorns somewhat justified large egos as opposed to Aggies massively self-inflated egos. And so I'd rather UT be dominant in the state, even though we're in their shadow, than A&M.

2 more gone caught having lunch bought for them by a scout/agent

another RB dismissed for failing drug test (s). He was already on a tight string for past violations.
That's 7 in what? 3 days? Although I "read" that 2 of them may be reinstated...remains to be seen.

Thought this tweet was kind of funny
