good job memphis...we will wake u when hoops starts

You better be ready when Fuente comes to Cincy. He is getting a W.

LOL. That type of prediction is actually worse than ECU fans basketball predictions.

We are going to Complete The Mission this year. Our football team is going to surprise this year.

2 conference wins?

I don't know whether it's funny or sad to imagine a bunch of middle aged to old men fighting like school girls on a message board.

Mostly funny.

I LIVE ON A GOLF COURSE AND YOUR NOT AS GOOD AS ME, IM SMARTER THAN YOU, YOU'RE PROBABLY DIVORCED, AND YOU LIVE IN A CITY? YOU'RE POOR TOO . . . Some are just pathetic.

Well said. One more reason why ncbeta is one of the best posters on this board. He keeps it civil and doesn't troll. 04-cheers

I know the off season is boring and all, but there is no reason to bust each other's balls merely for the sake of busting them. 03-nutkick

I agree with everything above including the props for ncbeta.

I'm not sure why the OP chose the the wording of his post as it was sure to set off a firestorm for no reason. The recruiting of Skal Labissiere is taking some interesting turns and it's worth discussing at some point, but it sure could have been framed around a better articulated intro.

The bottom line is that we've all got sports that we're strong in and areas where we have work to do. Pointing out weaknesses in others, even in a veiled manner, only creates a bowed back situation and rocks being thrown back.

I realize that's part of the message board game for some, and I suppose some sort of badge of honor in some circles, but I just don't "get it".

Skal is going to Memphis. Everything else is just foreplay by JM and GP.

That is exactly why I started another thread on the subject here:
