Keyword here is "illegal." Drunk driving is illegal too, and you can bet that when you're caught, you're immediately in jail and facing trial.

Three felonies in the state of Oklahoma will most likely put you away for good.

What I don't understand is the hold ICE has on this guy. What does that mean? Does that mean he could be deported without serving any jail time?

Everyone who is accused of drunk driving should have their day in court. That is what I have said since the beginning.

Judy, I don't know all the specifics of it like you do. To me what you just said is enough for him to get his day in court and spend the rest of his time locked away. I know a nice little "resort" in Yazoo City, MS that'd be nice. I think the minimum time a man spends there is 45 years.

As long as he gets a defense, I think that is the fairest thing that can happen.

That sounds fitting, Herman, but in Oklahoma, three big ones will put you away for good.

What I want to know is how the ICE hold will effect his status. He needs to rot away. Deportation would be a reward.
