When it's a person's time to die, it's his time to die.
Haven't you ever watched Final Destination?
Can you have the decency as a human being to have some respect?
I'm not trying to be disrespectful but it's true. Everyone is going to die ans when it is their time to die, it's their time to die.
Suggesting that if the border were secure this man would still be alive is silly.
I mean I get that conservatives like you sit in your house holding your gun and being all scared of the world but do you honestly think that if you stay hold up in your house that you won't die?
Yeah that might be true, but you don't go stand in front of a train to see if it kills you when it hits you.
Exactly. And you don't stop driving your car either because you think you might get killed by a drunk "illegal".
Keyword here is "illegal." Drunk driving is illegal too, and you can bet that when you're caught, you're immediately in jail and facing trial.

Three felonies in the state of Oklahoma will most likely put you away for good.
What I don't understand is the hold ICE has on this guy. What does that mean? Does that mean he could be deported without serving any jail time?

Everyone who is accused of drunk driving should have their day in court. That is what I have said since the beginning.

I'm talking about the person who you have already convicted before a trial.

Still need to go to trail. Believe it or not, people have been known to admit to crimes they didn't commit. Especially an undocumented immigrant.

You mean, like George Zimmerman? Of course, you spoke out against that too, didn't you?
Actually, I agree with you here. Rushes to judgement are often responsible for guilty defendants going free.

Actually, I complained until Zimmerman got his day in court. Once again. Everyone deserves their day in court.

here is video on the victim. He was a great guy and well loved in the community.

your siding is the fkn reason they are here......but you won't get that part....
let me 'splain....
capitalism is the root of all evil that can only end in a sharp downward path...there is no way it can continue to achieve/work over the course of time....it's a short term solution that the rest of the world doesn't adhere to.....oh, I'm sorry, is this today that I live in???????
we fkd up after ww2 by not continuing to gain the advantage we fought for.....if you don't get that....sorry....nothing but a buncha pc/self-serving/poosies now
this country is toast en masse.....but it makes for good internutz/tv fodder...that's when you really find out who the poosies are....
dude, capitalism is what happens when government does nothing to prevent it. it is walking, talking economic freedom. it is the opposite of a "centralized plan"; it is the cumulative effort of all of our economic plans.
when and where a centralized plan is in place, we lose that economic liberty to make our own choices.
I have to disagree.
Capitalism promotes greed.
I don't have the answer.
...and I don't like posting things w/o a solution.
All I know is the law of diminishing returns of capitalism is being recognized....and the internutz/media/social is not playing out well.
This is why I'm headed to costa rica.....I'm sick of this bs....
remember, it was the right that has enabled the crossing....that was the overall point relating to the topic....
it's the left that continues to allow it....
pretty tough to argue that....
greed works both ways bro.....one hires 'em, the other sympathizes.....

Sure.. I mean going to a trail can prove a ton of different things. Might would be better if he went to trial though. At least there he'd be in front of a judge or jury.
But undocumented immigrants.. That should be enough to ship him back home if he was coerced into saying he killed the man. It's a no win for this guy.

What? They guy did it. There is no doubt. He was caught trying hid the damage on his car and was making arrangements to leave the country.
He is charged with 3 felonies. It's over for him. He'll get his day in court, but there isn't any doubt he is the person that killed Jack McClung.

Judy, I don't know all the specifics of it like you do. To me what you just said is enough for him to get his day in court and spend the rest of his time locked away. I know a nice little "resort" in Yazoo City, MS that'd be nice. I think the minimum time a man spends there is 45 years.

As long as he gets a defense, I think that is the fairest thing that can happen.

That sounds fitting, Herman, but in Oklahoma, three big ones will put you away for good.
What I want to know is how the ICE hold will effect his status. He needs to rot away. Deportation would be a reward.
