WIC baby formula sold for cash to buy meth
Baby starved to death.

Quote:According to investigators, the couple used WIC benefits to buy baby formula. They say Edward would then return that formula to a store for cash. Troopers said the cash was then used to buy drugs, primarily meth.

Truly sad.

We had an event here recently where some white trash's bedridden grandmother starved to death while the granddaughter ripped off her benefits for meth.

The justice system, yes. WIC, no. It's a tragedy that an innocent child had to die.

Why wouldn't it be? Isn't policy to ensure that children on gov. assistance get the necessary nutrients to survive somewhere in the realm of politics?

nope.

it's to give their poor parents the resources to ensure their child gets the proper and necessary nutrients.

they didn't do that...and now they will go to jail.

Complete lie,
CBO found that about two-thirds of the increase in spending on benefits between 2007 and 2011 reflects higher program participation due to the economy:

No government program has a 1% fraud rate. You are clowns and water carriers.
