So, the P5 programs can have 13 of their members with budgets over $100 million and 30 over $70 million yet they can't fund a governing body to police their own (and our) actions?
I find it near dishonest that the P5, which ran the BCS and are in control of the new playoff payouts, can't find funds to staff NCAA enforcement. That's no accident, it's by design. There's no other explanation and it should be embarrassing to them.
I suppose that if the NCAA received funds to actually police actions, Coppin State with the lowest budget at $3 million and total annual ticket sales of $42K would be one of the ones targeted for massive probations.
Broken system set up by broken people in a broken environment.
A little bit of humor.....I think that fans of most programs would find it shocking that, as Memphis fans, we're discussing this.
